When and how refunds apply to Autovella subscriptions.
Autovella offers a free trial so you can evaluate the platform before paying. No charge applies during the trial.
Paid plans are billed annually. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund of that term.
Renewals are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel before renewal to avoid the next term’s charge.
Enterprise terms are governed by your order form or master agreement.
